Shipping and logistics unfortunately also costs us money and we are not Amazon.
We try to allocate the actual costs fairly to all orders and offer a flat packaging and shipping fee of 9,90€ together with our service provider DHL.
From an order value of 250€ you will automatically receive a voucher in the amount of 9,90€ for your next order.
We actually accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and much more.
The payment methods are constantly supplemented by our service providers Stripe and PayPal. If there is any payment method that is missing and you don’t want to order without it, please send us an eMail. As a rule, we also somehow manage non-digital payment methods.
If the order is received on a working day before 12.00 noon, we will try to ship the order on the same day and hand it over to DHL. Depending on how long DHL needs your order should arrive within 2-3 business days.
Please remember that we have no influence on the speed of DHL, but all partners try to do their best. Should it take a little longer, please be patient.
We offer a pickup in Hamburg only after prior consultation.
Of course, all your data is protected in accordance with the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO) and in particular your payment data is exchanged in encrypted form by our service providers Stripe and PayPal and stored in accordance with the DSGVO. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
As soon as we have received your order, it will – as far as it is in stock – be packed properly and handed over to our logistics partner DHL. As soon as this is done you will receive a tracking number from us.
For special orders and items not in stock, we will give you a delivery date as soon as possible. For hardware mods and PCBs, this can take up to 6 weeks as they come from China and go through various customs, tax and logistics steps. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this process.
Of course you will receive a proper invoice with VAT for all your orders. For some items – especially the complete systems – there is a differential taxation according to §25a UStG (German VAT Act) where the VAT is not shown separately.
For orders from other EU countries, the respective tax is due in the corresponding country. Here we use the OSS (“One Stop Shop”) procedure. If you have a VAT ID number, the delivery will be made according to the reverse charge procedure.
We do not deliver outside the EU for complexity reasons and in no case to England/UK (sorry guys).
